SALINA — Armelda Mae "Millie" Crook, 82, passed away Oct. 18, 2019. She was born Oct. 26, 1936 in Victoria, the daughter of Michael and Clara (Braun) Korbe. “Millie” was a good friend and loved by many. She loved you through her cooking, and loved fishing and her dogs. She married Harry Crook in June, 1969. He precedes her in death as do her parents and nine siblings.
She is survived by: her seven children, Marvin Lepping (Desiree) of Salina, Robert Lepping Jr. (Nancy) of Salina, Eugene Crook (Marilyn) of Salina, Marsha Crook of Carthage, Mo., Sharon Wernecke (Wes) of Salina, Mary Lepping Schmitt of Topeka, and Linda Waller (Monte) of Clarksville, Tenn.; 21 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the graveside in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
