Holden Matthew Fryback, 19, has been arrested and charged from an alleged shooting incident that took place in the 1000 block of Avenue A in Dodge City that occurred on Feb. 2.

According to Assistant Ford County Attorney Jeffrey Martin, Fryback has been charged with criminal discharge of a firearm, which is a level 3 person felony, with a possible sentence between 55 and 247 months in prison, and up to a $500,000 fine; aggravated battery, reckless, which is a level 5 person felony, with a possible sentence between 31 and 136 months in prison, and up to a $100,000 fine; interference with law enforcement, which is a level 8 nonperson felony, with a possible sentence between seven and 23 months in prison, and up to a $100,000 fine; possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000-feet of a school, which is a level 2 drug felony, with a possible sentence between 92 and 144 months in prison, and up to a $500,000 fine; possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, which is a level 5 drug felony, with a possible sentence between 10 and 42 months in prison, and up to a $100,000 fine; criminal solicitation, which is a level 10 non-person felony, with a possible sentence between five and 13 months in prison, and up to a $100,000 fine and possession of a firearm under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which is a Class A Misdemeanor, with a possible sentence up to 12 months in jail, and up to a $2,500 fine.
