The U.S. Army Career Skills Program assists service members and families in finding employment as they get ready to transition out of the service. CSP is designed to provide employment skills training that includes credentialing, training, apprenticeships or internships to active-duty service members who will soon be leaving the service in hopes that these opportunities will result in job offers or provide invaluable resumé-building experiences. The program is open to all service members (with command approval) who will be within 180 days of leaving the service when the program starts.
