WICHITA — The Bethel College women’s soccer team was named the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Champions of Character Team of the Year for the 2018 season.
The award is selected in a vote of the conference coaches.
Bethel track and cross country coach Jeff Hoskisson nominated the team.
“The women's soccer team is consistently seeking opportunities to be apart of something bigger than just sport," Hoskisson said. “(and that) these girls realize that they have the opportunity to make an impact in someones lives every single day."
